WTAF is up with Sentebale's latest lawsuit against Prince Harry?

Anonymous
Last Friday it was revealed that Sentebale CEO Sophie Chandauka has launched another lawsuit against Harry and former Sentebale Trustee Mark Dyer. For background, a year or so ago, all of Sentebale's trustees quit to protest her bad management. Many of them spoke publicly. After the trustees quit, then Sentebale's founders--Princes Seeiso and Harry--also quit Sentebale in solidarity. Chandauka responded with a barnstorming tour of the UK, with William's bff Iain Rawlinson sitting at her side, telling anyone who would listen that Harry (and only Harry) bullied her. Then Sophie sued Harry, claiming he bullied her and was racist, but the UK charity commission threw that earlier lawsuit out.

The UK Charity Commission definitely has questions about this latest lawsuit. Namely, how does this lawsuit help Sentebale, when she should be using the "donor" funds for the children with AIDS who are the charity's mission? https://www.thetimes.com/uk/royal-family/arti...ation-aims-8gzkx99mx

So many questions!

How DOES this lawsuit help Sentebale? Given it's well-known that Sentebale's reserves are near-zero, and given that Sentebale has already shut down a few of its clinics, why aren't these lawsuit funds instead being used for Sentebale's mission?

Who are these mysterious donors behind her latest lawsuit, whom she refused to reveal to The Times?

Why does the lawsuit name just Harry and former trustee Mark Dyer--who is battling cancer--when plenty of other trustees said much worse things about Chandauka's management of Sentebale? Oh wait, we know that answer to this: Dyer mentored both Willy and Harry but has clearly chosen Harry.

Why did Iain Rawlinson, who is one of Sentebale's two remaining trustees, agree to this? Because this new lawsuit is blowing up in their faces, and not just The Times is suggesting it's batsh!t. Oh wait, we know the answer to this, too: Rawlinson is bff's with Willy and has worked with Willy on other charities.

Why does Sophie still feature Harry's pictures and Harry's words on Sentebale's website, if he's so toxic for her brand?

Could the timing of this lawsuit--right before Harry and Meghan land in Australia for their visit--have anything to do with it? $1 says Chandauka retracts this nuisance lawsuit after the Australia trip is over and it's served some sort of distraction purpose.

[Here's a bonus for those of you who were around for the Sussex hater's hysterics two weeks ago about how Netflix supposedly hates Harry and Meghan and won't meet with Meghan without a lawyer present. So, in other words, you can’t see any justification for this batsh!t nuisance lawsuit either, so instead you insult the messenger. Got it.

A litigious guy has run afoul of another litigious person. Yawn.

But but but she wore the same color dress as someone else at the party so she’s back to being shunned!

What did the other dress look like? I love that color (chartreuse) and am looking for tops and dresses in it, but I dislike Meghan's dress (too wrinkle-prone, hate the exposed zipper).

To be clear, not a knock on Meghan, about whom I am neutral-to-positive, I just don't like her dress but like its color.

Nevermind, found it on Carey Mulligan (which makes sense, she and I have similar coloring). Dislike the pattern on her dress though! And I think it's actually a matched set. Oh well.

OP, I think it is nuts too. Not sure why the board is moving forward with this. If it goes to trial, it just means all the dirty will come out about this nonprofit. Not a good look.

Sophie Chandauka is mentally disturbed. She will do crazy things. This is one of them.

Me again. Harry has never been the brightest bulb, so it makes sense that he'd get involved with organizations that aren't on the up and up.

Harry and Prince Seeiso founded Sentebale about 20 years ago. Cianca‘s been involved for about three or four years. There’s a lot of speculation that Cianca and Rowlinson are Williams creatures because William said “Africa is mine Harry“.

The discovery process will be interesting, for sure. Who is the donor who is financing this nuisance lawsuit? Why isn't the money being spent on sick children?
