Ugh I know. I'm so focused on fiber right now I'm not even trying to hit the protein numbers. |
Not disagreeing- just reality if you want the body of a 30 year old at 50. Twice the pain for same gain you had 20 years ago. Not for the faint of heart. |
To have the body of a 30 or 35 year old at over 50 is pretty much a near death experience every workout. I do it, and accept that I will either live longer, look great or die in next 30 minutes. NO GLP builds muscle or improves upon actual exercise. |
I intentionally did not include 20’s - male or female not possible to reach as you age. Humans are genetically designed to peak at that age and no exercise or surgery can recreate that currently. Best we can do is 30’s and up. |
And if you work full-time and still have a kid at home…good luck finding the time to workout 4 hours a day. I get 2 hours of hard @ss exercise and barely eat and once I turned 55 and hit menopause….it was a game changer…I eat less, gave up alcohol and workout even harder/longer and will never lose those additional 5 lbs- maybe for 1 day and then eat a grape and they are back on. It’s no way to live. |
Americans will all agree. Eat less. |
It’s almost as if 55 year old women were never intended to have the same body composition as they did 25 years before. Crazy. |
|
| Every person I know who died young, died exercising. |
| died during heavy exercising. I should say |
| It’s the Lexapro. Sets a new floor for weight. Unfortunately, because it’s awesome for lowering anxiety and short-circuiting rumination! |
