Under 50, barely. I take levothyroxine, two mental health meds, a statin and metformin. The latter two are from side effects from one of the mental health meds, but it is what it is. I’m vegetarian, normal weight and active.

I’m 52 and take hrt and OtC allergy medicine. Plus iron and vitamin D because I was low on both.

But I mostly am pretty genetically lucky. My husband takes statins and blood pressure medicine because he inherited crap gene’s from both his grandfathers. Most things are genetic so you shouldn’t feel bad about them. Just do what you can and be thankful for modern medicine.

After 60, amitriptylline for sleep, and allopurinol for gout.

Oh, and I now have a CPAP.

56. Lexapro (5mg) for hot flashes. (Can't take HRT.) No other meds.
