If you’re 50s and up, how many meds are you on?

Do you take Wegovy in pill form?
I think most people feel younger than they look. There is nothing wrong with taking multiple medications

1 estrogen (+ a progesterone IUD - not sure if that counts)
5 - oral medications for Parkinsons
3 - inhaled medications for asthma
2 - oral medications for allergies
1 - monthly injection of a biologic for severe allergic asthma

PP, I’m sorry about your Parkinson’s. I am curious what meds you are on for it, bc my family member with Parkinson’s only takes levodopa. They did add in one that is more for dementia, to see if it could help with some of her physical issues, but otherwise nothing directly for Parkinson’s. Thank you.

Thank you. For PD, I am on:
Rasagiline,
Amantadine,
Immediate release carbidopa/levodopa
and two different strengths of Rytary.

The last three are all variants of carbidopa/levodopa - they just vary in strength and timing of release. But they are three different prescriptions and three separate copays so I counted them as three for this discussion.
