Wealthy health nut are paying him 6 figures for concierge medicine.

He didn’t finish residency and just got outed as another Epstein perv. He can keep his advice to himself.

I'm 54. I've been taking a statin for 20 years. Plus I take some vitamins/supplements on my own.

I am self-conscious about the number of meds I take. In case others feel the same, please know that you aren't the only one. I take 3 related to mental health, 2 (plus a monthly injection) related to prevention of breast cancer recurrence, and a GLP1.

51 - HRT and Zepbound. I wasn't on anything before starting Zep. Would have needed cholesterol meds eventually if I hadn't lost weight but levels were still within normal and creeping up.

I think what matters is you're doing everything you can for your health. If that means meds, so be it. If I'd had breast cancer and there was a shot to take for prevention of recurrence, you bet I'd take it. And I would guess your mental health meds have a lot to do with having had breast cancer.
