They all went to get graduate degrees. |
The same can be said for many STEM majors. Grad school. Why is it hard to see the connection…why would a math or bio major be more of a connection to CEO? 🙄 To be CEO, you need good leadership skills in what ever field you’re in, public speaking, critical thinking, broad network and knowledge base…probably a grad degree. Doesn’t matter if you’re a history, poli sci, bio, CS major. |
You must be controlling and overbearing. I would not try to exercise control over my children using purse strings. |
DP. Not enough eye rolls for what? OP’s candid and helpful response? |
This has got to be satire. If not... wow. I'm embarrassed for you. My DC majored in history at a state school and is well-employed. Oh, and he also uses his "soft skills" every day. Don't you fret. |
You need to write well. Most humanities majors write better than STEM. |
| Major doesn’t matter if you go to a T20 school. |
$77k mid-career? Thanks, but no thanks. |
🙄🙄🙄 Please read previous posts. |
It’s going to be ok, Reina, OP’s kid probably isn’t thinking a BA in History will be his terminal degree. And if not, better a $50k history job than a $0 AI displaced tech job. |
