All season 1 he was trying to get to the bathroom. This season he just wants his shift to end so that the can go on sabbatical. Dr. Al wants to change his department, get him to read reports, interjects with students when Robby wants them to try to figure it out. Re Langdon, Robby's not over the fact that Langdon stole drugs from ER's patients and department and is basically a lying fraud criminal. And Robby doesn't want to sort through all this stuff on his last shift.

Well that explains the backlash, I thought she was fine on the show but couldn't figure out why people had such a strong opinion one way or the other.
