| Never, Dems are just to dim. |

Never they voted for this and I think this would be a good place to drop this:
Murder charge dropped against suspect in deadly bus stop stabbing in Fairfax County https://www.wusa9.com/article/news/local/virginia/murder-charged-dropped-against-suspect-in-deadly-bus-stop-stabbing-in-groveton/65-fe7e6412-1619-496f-87e1-e17f92518ba8 |
Read the link above about judicial warrants and you will understand why that is not possible for ICE to do in this case. |
|
Why isn't this national news? Its like upside down world in va right now. How is this acceptable to anyone? I hope the county gets sued to oblivion. |
| Homeless guy with mental illness and drug issues is back in Reston from Arlington (after being locked up and released - again) He’s convinced that the people in Great Falls and Reston have stolen millions from him and that he’s been living in a reality show for years. He’s threatened adults, kids to get back of adults, basically anyone in the area. Police have been called numerous times due to threatening behavior. He’s a ticking time bomb for Western FFX County. |
When there’s mental health issues involved, there’s very little that local authorities can do. We have a close family friend whose son has had at least 20 interactions with cops due to his public behavior related to his mental illness. Unless he breaks a specific law, like assault or petty larceny, they don’t take him in or charge him. This is not a Virginia issue. It’s a nationwide issue. |
None of the charges involved theft or assault? |
Unless the intention is to terrorize the public. There is literally no other logical explanation to any of these policies that perpetuate the release of repeat violent criminals back into the streets without any type of follow up, rehabilitation or location tracing of any sort. |
