UPDATE: Fairfax Soros DA Steve Descano just dropped 2nd degree the murder charges against another bus stop killer (Robert Andrew Reed) who killed Marvin Waters in June 2025, one year after getting out of federal prison for kidnapping, child molestation, and death threats. Worse, Reed is his *own* lawyer & beat Descano

+1, this is very clear explanation of what is happening. A federal warrant is not required, that is a requirement she is choosing to impose on ICE. The idea that law enforcement cannot alert ICE when someone ICE has an administrative warrant for is taken into custody on state criminal charges is asinine. ICE should have been informed when Jalloh was taken into custody so that they could lodge the appropriate detainer, ensuring that when Descano ultimately cut him loose (because everyone knew that would be the end result) ICE could come get him before he hit the streets again.

Allegedly murdered. There's just not evidence to get the defendant to plea out, so it's safer to release him than risk losing a case. Descano is saving millions of dollars.

How many people have to be killed by those who let go? Especially when at least two of them recently were illegal immigrants who killed: 1) recently in Reston; 2) the woman at the bus stop.

Judicial warrants are needed. This isn’t made up. Ice is notified when illegal immigrants are arrested. Ice didn’t do its job.

Do you know what an administrative warrant is? It’s just some random ICE staff signing a piece of paper. This is the agency that has detained and killed American citizens and has not been trained properly (did you see the whistleblower report about the training!)

And I truly hope descano loses. I never voted for him and think he is a real problem for Fairfax.

Released Marvin Ortiz from jail, only for him to murder someone the next day.

All these cases from the last year alone!!! It’s absurd!!

They will just keep voting him in until someone in their own household is harmed. Idiotic. We are actually less safe with Descano in office.
