Duke was one of the few schools to see black admissions after SFFA.
Then SFFA threatened to sue Duke and they stopped cheating.

Blum also sued a Black investment fund that awarded Black women business with grants, saying it was discrimination because it excluded White Women

And is that not discrimination?

depends, but no one is going after Chinese restaurants for not being diverse

Who are the Chinese restaurants discriminating against?

Why don't you try putting an an application, go on indeed and look for a warehouse job alot of them require you to speak Mandarin or Spanish, is that not discriminating?

exactly, people say why don't black people stick together, why don't black people help each other, why don't black people pick their selves up by their boot straps, but when they do, people say you can't do that because you didn't include other people

In America, black is black. Not a lot of nuance with the African and Caribbean distinction.

What does this even mean? There are massive differences between descendants of slaves and African/Caribbean students

Not in the way they are TREATED in America.

Discrimination and white supremacy is based in skin color buddy.

Get stopped by a racist cop and find out.
