It isn't campaign shilling. Someone posted an article and then I looked up the campaign filings and commented because her numbers were lower than others in the race.

The answer to your first question is that the premise in your second and third sentence is wrong. If Goulet thought he could beat Frumin, he would be running against him.

Imagine thinking W3 residents are happy with Frumin’s performance in office. You should put the keyboard down and actually go talk to your neighbors.

Right because she started her campaign months before most of the others and has already received the 'fair election' matching funds. If you calculate how the more recent entrants have fundraised in less time, she didn't do so great in comparison. Oye had a good haul and a lot of cash on hand, but he has been running since like August.

Council Chair: None
Attorney General: Scwalb
At Large (dem): Pye, Chavous, Raymond and Nelson
Ward 1: Raj, Footer, Yanes, Deramo, Brown, Lynch
Ward 3: Frumin
Ward 5: None
Ward 6: Allen, Nauden
