Are we getting a Mamdani-like democratic socialist type of mayor or someone more centrist? What are the odds. Thanks.

What do you mean by centrist? Bought out by the usual special interests like Bowser?

No, there are conservatives, moderates, liberals and progressives.

Janese is casting herself as a progressive.

Kenyan is a traditional liberal, hence in this context, a centrist.

Well there aren't actually any (competitive) conservatives in DC so take them out.

Between moderate, liberal, and progressive there are only mild political differences.

What I'm interested in is *not corrupt* anywhere in that range. That's why I get the Catania/Lewis George crossover appeal. Bowser has been such a "centrist" disappointment. That's also why I think Mamdani is so popular. Not because he's so progressive but because he isn't a 💩 head.
