People should read through the actual contracts of said “receipts” not just the screen shots. See how program support, data analytics, and more was cut. They also duplicate contracts to make it seem like they found a bunch of something. Clearly they just used keywords and have no real idea what most of these contracts do or support in any agency. It’s going to be real interesting when people who remain are stymied in doing their work or it takes longer because of this mess.
