Do all-in-one nanny/housekeeper/household managers not exist anymore?

i think an every day nanny/housekeeper could do all this. then hire a weekly cleaner.

nanny can keep things picked up and cleaner ... cleans.

She would be sued for breaking the NDA and never see a penny of those millions.
