I watched it and didn't like it at all. The songs and country album are terrible. It could be satire, honestly, but I don't think Bey is smart enough to pull it off. Sadly, she is serious with this country crap. The biggest insult to my ears was her rework of "Jolene."

Tell that to Dolly Parton. She loves Beyonce's version and wants to do it together at the Grammys.

Dolly is old now, probably has some hearing loss. That’s the only explanation I can think of.

Beyonce needs younger acts like Post Malone to expand her appeal to a wider and younger audience. She’s not doing him a huge favor. This is what the older performers do all the time. Who needed who here?

Honestly? Now that I've seen it... this was a pretty "meh" halftime show.

Her kid being the only one not wearing a white wig was a little weird, but whatever.

The "bang" gesture/sign was a nothingburger.
