I’m not trying to change my kids’ perspective on what they perceive as “cool” footwear, there are many other hills to die on with tween/teens that are more important. I don’t think half the posters in this thread actually have tweens/teens, they just want to fight about items deemed “popular” because they are still in their feelings about their MS/HS experiences.

This is one of the most specific questions I have ever seen on here. If your kid thinks they are ugly or has never seen them, then your response is completely irrelevant.

I provided the zappos links to the ugg minis and ugg mini platforms early on the first page because that is what is popular at my kids' middle school. OP my daughter wears them with white nike socks and leggings (flare or regular).
