Well, THIS woman, her name is Kamala, wanted to be the president. She ran for office as a more qualified candidate in every way. But you decided that she didn't really mean it and she doesn't have the capacity after all because she is a woman. You decided that women don't have the capacity to be president. Not me. It's perfectly ok with me if women want to stay at home, raise their kids, be doctors, lawyers, whatever they want to be. Not with you, thought. Becaue we are not equal. Right? I'm quoting you after all. |
What does qualities does your guy have? Won two national presidential elections. How about your girl? |
But that's not what you said!!!!! You said women are not equal to men. We "need to dispense of the notion that men and women are equally equipped and inclined to handled the same things." |
One at the time of running, sure two now, but it was one at the time she was running. I already listed her other accomplishments. So maybe refer back to my previous comments. |
Trump has many foibles, but on the plus side his has incredible political instincts, is exceptionally good at branding/marketing, has exceptional fortitude in the face of adversity where many others would have folded or moderated. He is historically good at each of these things. Kamala is a standout at nothing. |
That's not how it works. It's because the standards for women are very different for women than men when it comes to why people vote for them. |
Pardon me for nothing considering him the marketing genius that you do. When you're the most outrageous guy in the room it's really not that hard to stand out. Like if you just say the most hateful shit it stands out. And you bought that as some kind of incredible instinct. Sad really. |
Yes, if you take the average man and the average woman, they are not equal in inclination or capacity. It's ok to acknowledge this and silly to present otherwise. It does not mean that no woman has the capacity or inclination to be the President. I thought this thread was about misogyny, broadly speaking. |
Translation: he's a compelling, persistent liar. |
Yes, thanks for demonstrating it so well for us. |
It doesn't matter what you think, the results speak for themselves. If it were that easy, it would have been successfully done before over and over again. In actuality, it is a rare feat. The Republican field in 2016 was being touted as the strongest ever and he wiped the flood with them. He then took down one of the strongest political machines we have seen in the last few decades. This is all with no political experience or infrastructure. You don't do this without being incredibly gifted at some elements of the craft of politics. |
Respectfully, don’t argue with this gaslighting, misogynistic Republican. You aren’t going to change them. They are who they are and they aren’t going to change. It’s funny though, he’s all about conventional gender roles and yet here he is on a work day arguing with me - a stay at home mom - while my 1%er husband is busy working and would never dream of reading this site, never mind posting. I’m waiting to pick my kid up from school. I wonder what this highly capable man’s excuse is for posting on a mommy blog during work hours is? |
How nice to start playing dumb now. It's one thing to say Kamala was not qualified to be president because of her record, policy plans or any number of things. It's entirely different to say that Kamala lost because women are not capable of being president which is what you did and continue to do even though you're pretending not to. And NO, women do not have different abilities or inclinations when it comes to running for office. Only a misogynist would say that. Which is what you are. |
It's ironic that in a thread about misogyny you are the one that is centering and can't stop talking about a man. |
This. OP, you're pathetic -- male or female or yahuhi. |
