Hey moron. Those are local elections only. DC Residents and Takoma Park residents can’t vote for federal office holders. TP noncitizen residents can’t vote for state office holders. And no one has shown a significant number of non eligible voters are trying to vote in VA. For someone so upset about the virtually nonexistent problem of ineligible people breaking federal law to vote in VA, you seem fine with Youngkin breaking federal law and ignoring the quiet period. And Youngkin’s son violating the law and attempting to vote when he was not eligible. This hypocritical- the law must be obeyed unless someone named Youngkin is the one breaking it mentality is hypocrisy at its worst. |
And his kid who violated the law by attempting to vote illegally— more than once. They can share a cell. |
A drivers license isn’t proof of citizenship. In fact, Youngkin is illegally purging voter roles based on how people answered questions when applying for drivers licenses. To show citizenship, it’s more than you license. It’s a passport (most poor people do not have) or a notorized birth certificate. Plus for married women, official proof of name changes. |
And I’m telling you that if this was an actual problem, Youngkin had 2.5 years when it was legal for him to do something about it. Now, it’s not legal. You seem to be saying it fine for him to violate federal law to stop other people from violating federal law— like he is. Do you hear the hypocrisy? |
why? there isn't a problem. zero proof of significant voter fraud, and were there is, it is republicans. Stop blaming immigrants for things they aren't doing. |
So why aren't you for stricter rules then? Why do you not want fair and transparent elections? The ONLY way out of this fraud mess is to have everyone's vote recorded and publicly viewable online as to how they voted. That way EVERYONE can audit any election and count and verify the votes. So let's do that. Only reason people would be against that is they want more fraud. |
Sure. Because some citizens are being removed as well. And if the don’t have things like original birth certificates, could be prevented from voting even if the are and have always been US citizens. And because what Younkin is doing is clearly illegal. Even if you like it, she’s still committing a crime. Like son like father. |
Noticed you changed your wording from "notarized" to the correct "original". Google or someone give you the update? |
Federal law says it is both a crime and voter fraud. I’m sorry you don’t like the law. But we all have laws we dislike and have to live with. Ask women carrying dead babies in Texas. Except powerful Republican men. It appears the argument is that they are above the law. |
|
By a pro-Youngkin PAC. He broke the law. He can but, and or if it. He’s still breaking federal law. For people who are generally so absolutely about the sanctity of federal voting laws, you seem very okay with Youngkin break federal voting laws. |
|
Real Ids have not been fully phased in yet. You don’t have to get one if you aren’t flying. And I’m not just I’m a citizen. I’m a Federal lawyers. And Glen Youngkin is a crook. |
Yeah you sound like it. Hello fellow citizen! |
US citizen Federal Lawyer And someone who has a US passport. But if I didn’t and I was purged, I could not provide proof of name change after marriage on demand to get from my maiden name to my married name. I have the birth certificate. But formal name changes weren’t required required in the state where I was married in the 1990s. I’d probably need a social security card. And since I’ve used my passport for W2s, I have no idea where it is. I couldn’t produced it day of to be allowed to vote. Are you a citizen? Because you seen weirdly fine with taking away the voting rights of US citizens because one Governor has declared himself above federal law. |
Care to state and share your office and legal info then. https://www.americanbar.org/ |
