We still say “I’m just preteasing” (mash up of pretending and teasing from my older DD who he now 11)
We don’t use it often but really like “I’m in a bit of a pig-hold” (instead of pickle) from our DD who is now 7. Out 7 year old likes picking out “spacaragus” at the grocery store and I don’t know whether we’ll use that forever but it definitely is now what we call asparagus. |

This isn't really the same but DS is a teenager and will still ask to play "keep uppy" with one of those punch balloons or something similar. We've been playing it since he was a toddler, basically like volleyball with a balloon. It's just funny to hear my deep voiced 5'11" teen ask to play "keepy uppy " |
