But this list doesn't feel intuitively correct. ASU over West Point and Annapolis for leadership? I don't think so. It must be biased towards the size of the class. Academy grads are generally fast-tracked into leadership positions in corporate, finance, consulting etc.

Same with some of the smaller schools - Rice, Williams, Amherst. Small number of grads. But highly recruited. Though it's true many are more interested in pursuing their passions instead of the C suite - to their credit.

West Point and Annapolis are much, much smaller than ASU and do not have any graduate programs. I'd bet most of the top schools on the list are propelled on this list largely by their graduate programs (Harvard Law, Business, Kennedy School, Medical School, etc.).

You offended the UVA booster...considering Penn is Top 5 in business, law and medicine...and UVA is top 5 in...oh yeah, nothing. Although they do get to #8 in law.

In the DMV area, the boosters say so. The rest of the country sees Duke on the level of USC, BU, BC, Northeastern, Vandy, Emory, Rice, WashU... It's still a great school to be in this class.

Duke is a clear step above Vandy, Emory, Rice and 3 steps above BU, BC , and Northeastern. But nice try.

Probably yield protection. That student also was rejected by BU and another moderately ranked school as well as by the other 4 Ivy League schools to which she applied.

These leaders span a broad range of industries and fields, bringing diverse experiences and expertise to their roles." Since Time picked Taylor Swift as it's person of the year, wondering what their criteria was for "most influential leaders"
