USAO is still working hard to convict people for the MAGA riots from three years back. When was the last time they put effort into the BLM riots from three years back?

Saywhat? MPD kettled a lot of people during the MPD protests who they then couldn't show committed any crime other than legally being on the street. It's not even as though they trespassed. All they did was show up. No prosecution. Same happened for hundreds and hundreds of J6 protesters. Anyone during the MPD protests who did anything serious already got prosecuted long ago.

Sorry, I must have missed it - can you please show me where the mobs of people who were on video marching around the city and openly accosting diners were prosecuted, or even arrested?

What a leap You've made. The mobs of people accosting diners or stopping traffic were also impinging in civil liberties of others and should have been charged appropriately to scale. Do you see how that works?

It's funny that they first claimed they were prosecuted, and then when asked to provide evidence they quickly switched to saying it would be ridiculous if they were prosecuted.

It seems they knew what they were claiming was false all along, but were hoping no one would call them on it.

Yes, that's on the GOP. But why isn't the US Attorney aggressively prosecuting criminals under both DC and federal gun laws. A "juvenile" can be prosecuted earlier under federal than under the permissive DC statute, particularly if it is a second weapons offense.

For one thing, the USPS still hasn't come back to pre Trump levels. I actually AM mad at Biden about that.

And why are they dropping gun charges? That means if someone's been arrested a second time with gun charges it's NOT a second weapons offense.
