| Neither. Whoever is president has little to no influence on DC crime. That’s in the hands of the voters and the DC council. |
| The single factor most likely to change the crime trajectory in DC having a present father/ male in the home. No school, police presence or prosecutor is going to fix this problem. Neither Trump nor Biden will move the needle. |

Ba hahaha! What a leap! |
|
No, Mr. MAGA.
|
Kamala is not doing it? |
I saw this same dumb paragraph on next door. |
| If Trump wins, rioters will pretty much burn DC to the ground anyway. |
|
The USAO's no paper rate has been climbing since end of O's term, across both Trump and Biden. So, didn't matter then, wouldn't matter in future imo.

Suddenly not having fathers is the reason for the sudden year on year violent crime increase? Are you not following the statistics with regard to how DC prosecution rates are bizarrely less than other cities and have completely tanked in recent years? Pretty sure that and our lack of certified crime lab are straightforward factors that could be addressed. |
| Just like last time, it will take 20+ years for things to really improve from how far they've sunk. No President can change that. |
We had plenty of criminal prosecutions in DC in the 80s and early 90s… yet DC was still the “modern capital of the world” back then. More criminal prosecutions are necessary, but it is not a magic bullet that is going to solve all of DC’s problems. |
| ^ Murder capital of the world |
| Trump would be way worse, because everyone would pivot to the left. If we keep Biden in office, it will still be ok to push tough on crime policies. |
He won't win (again) because he is a moron, a cheat and a thief. But go on and vote for him! If he cheats to win, this city deserves to be burned to the ground. |
