Agreed. The only thing I heard about last weekend in Alexandria City was a car crash.

I heard about it. 14 year old drove parents car drunk (not first time) with a bunch of classmates in it, hit a parked car (totaled that) and landed in the head’s front yard. Kid was arrested.

I dare say this is the only reasonable statement in this entire thread. If anyone doubts systematic racism or the different ways we treat children of differnt races, they are blind.

Why was the kid outside at 3am with a gun? There is no excuse for that. I have a DC teen. You bet your bottom dollar i know where they are and whose house they are at. And if i dont trust the friend's parents, they won't go.

I love how everyone is forgiving the parents. If your kid sneaks out at night, set up cameras. Alarm the door. Find drugs in his room, get him help. This family is well resources. But lots of people on this list will find escuses for this family and this blonde teen thanks to his lack of melinated skin.

Totally disagree with the systematic racism comment. Look at the kid who murdered another kid in cold blood at the Bradlee shopping center in Alexandria City. He was sentenced to 5 years!
