I love this thread.

Cat #1 would be the guy from Ocean's Eleven who cracks safes. Her biggest joy in life is breaking into something that she's not supposed to get inside of.

Cat #2 is the underemployed uncle, harmless but a bit socially awkward, not the brightest bulb around, who always manages to show up for a surprise drop-in visit right as a meal is being served.

My Shepherd-Golden Retriever mix would 100% be a combo greeter/security guard at Walmart. He loves you with all his heart, but will watch you like a hawk and will not hesitate to let you know if you do wrong.

My cat would be a customs official at the airport. She's secretly the sweetest old-lady cat that's ever lived, but appears very judgmental and makes people a bit nervous.

We used to have a cat that we named Pavarotti because he liked to sing. I would sing, he would sing along. Or I would sing, stop for a second, and he would decide it was his turn to sing. We would take turns singing. So I guess his job would be opera singer.

Doorman at a apartment building. Greets everyone with a hearty hello, watches anyone who comes in or out, but otherwise just sort of sits in the doorway and waits for some action. Occasionally steals mail.
