This is the real conflict. Between people who want to tear down all standards of decorum and restraint and build a libertine society based on sexual exploration, and people who want to preserve standards as a means to protect our culture and shield children. It's not really between trans and "homophobes." Plenty of trans people are regular people with normal morals, and plenty of other straight cis people are anxious to break down all barriers and live a life of wonton sexual deviance.

The U.S flag is positioned to the right in a display of multiple flags. Per flag code. It is also not smaller or lower. There is no violation here.

Dude I just watched a guy marching in front of the Miami Courthouse wearing an American flag as a poncho, with a pig's head on a pike with an American flag stuck in its mouth. I don't want to hear about "flag violations" from Republicans today.

It's not supposed to be "subordinated." Placing it to the sides of a centered, and therefore more prominent flag, IS a violation. What you're referring to doesn't translate to a rotunda.

DP and the PP makes an excellent point. Yes it is a conundrum for you. Your claim has always been that she and every other transwoman are not women, they are males and bare male chests have never been a problem. It hasn't ever been illegal for males to bare their chests in the United States for the last 100 years. It's a conundrum for you and you can't dodge it.
