“This behavior is inappropriate and disrespectful for any event at the White House. It is not reflective of the event we hosted to celebrate LGBTQI+ families or the other hundreds of guests who were in attendance. Individuals in the video will not be invited to future events.”

Bravo.

Bravo? Biden posed with her in the photos without saying a word. If he thought it was inappropriate, he should say it there. But he was smiling and hugging her. Now, someone after media exposure, decided that it is time to issue the statement. I am very disappointed. Biden is either really slow, and absolutely clueless about what is going on in the White House.

it is gross but so is public breastfeeding without a cover and there are covers available that are mesh and not hot.

I don't think anyone is objecting to the naked breasts to nudity (it is totally normal). But you have to have some brain cells to recognize where and when it is appropriate to expose yourself. There are nude beaches, saunas and other places where it is generally acceptable to expose your private parts in public. White House event is not an appropriate place. What will be next? President will expose his balls?

She is trash. Wrong place to do this and takes away from the message of the event.

Event to support teams and gay right, focus on the seriousness of the struggles people face.

Than this crap. Sorry, you stepped on the. message Rose.

You're so funny, haha

It appears from the video she flashed her boobs AFTER meeting Biden. And if she did it before then, why would Biden know she did that? There's no else nearby in the video other than Rose and her friends.

I think she sent a strong message about the seriousness of the struggles. And then they wonder why no one is taking them seriously.

Just as disgusting and inappropriate as it would be had I - a biological woman - done it and that would have been disgusting and inappropriate.

It has absolutely nothing to do with Biden.

Remember: “Decency is on the ballot” - Jill Biden

Is this a man who transitioned to a woman? Honest question. If that's the case, maybe she doesn't realize men can bare their chests but inappropriate for women. Never mind this is the White House and super inappropriate and uncalled for. Trashy. Really trashy.

If you have enough money, apparently you can buy the same pair.

I'm 56, so they'd look ridiculous on me.

Well, I mean, on her they look...

Meanwhile, conservatives think 1/6 insurrectionists should be pardoned. Conservatives in the US dont make sense anymore.

At least she didn’t hurt anyone -- is this a new standard for the White House?

On the scale of sharing the nation's secrets with our enemies to boobs out... yeah, I'd take some wannabe celebrity who has no sense of decorum over the wanna be dictator.

Would you support not prosecuting violent criminals who don’t kills their targets because they at the least did not kill their targets, as long as criminals who kill their targets are prosecuted? Can you not evaluate a situation as a stand alone situation? Do you always have to compare some thing to something else?

I was responding to this "At least she didn’t hurt anyone -- is this a new standard for the White House?" The person in your example *did* hurt someone (and I think attempted murder carries different penalties from actually succeeding).

No, she didn't hurt anyone. It IS uncouth. I hope these people aren't invited back. I would have no problems with them being charged with indecent exposure, or whatever the relevant charges are. I also don't think that Biden or the Whitehouse did anything here to encourage these people. Some people have no sense of decorum. Sometimes you don't find out until after the fact.

It’s all of a piece with the trans movement. It is about pushing through norms and boundaries. It’s the same with trans story hour. Is it illegal? No. Is it normal for men to sign up to read stories to children? Sadly no. Is it normal for adult dancers to read to children at the literary. No! This was the purview of retired women forever and that is why it feels very intentional and weird when suddenly men dresssed as women adult performers suddenly want to read to little kids. It’s not about the kids. It’s about the trans person. Same with the athletes. They don’t care when the win over bio women. They know they’ve gone through puberty and have a physical advantages. They don’t care about others. It’s only about the trans person. Here we are all supposed to clap that the trans person did something! Yay trans person. NO. Over it. Stop. Literally don’t want to hear about it or see about it. I used to feel pride when I saw Pride flags because we have come so far on the rights of homosexuals and so many other countries have not. Now I shudder when I see it because now it represents something totally different. So damaging to homosexuals. But the Ls and Gs and the Bs will eventually realize that Ts are only interested in furthering the interest if Ts. Men and women (gay or straight) can go to hell apparently.

Good response. People should keep their shirts on at a White House event. Appreciate that decorum is still something the WH values.
