I havent read the bill, but none of the news stories discuss digital penetration of biological girls. The articles say that, in the event that a girl is suspected of being trans (male to female), then a doctor may verify their sex through various means including genital exams. This is not required to play sports, only when a student it believed to be a man. Its not clear at all why a girl, after being found to have a vagina, would be raped or otherwise penetrated. The bill doesnt require this.
