Are they going after Obergefell v. Hodges?

Republicans don’t care if women die, they don’t care if children get mowed down in gun violence and they don’t care if the rights of LGBTQ people get yanked and they’re shoved back in the closet. We have a chance to defeat the GOP and it is imperative that we do because the GOP won’t stop rolling back rights until it’s 1822.

It’s tricky especially when some are more conservative than evangelical Christians and others more liberal than some branches of Judaism. I know in my community fathers tried enforcing a certain type of religious dress code on their daughters who would shed that outer clothing once they got to school every day. For a few years, it was a very hot issue.

I don’t think overturning gay marriage or contraception is out of the question with this court, but I'd be surprised if all 5 rule to overturn it.

Oh they will restore anti-miscegenation with 6.

If you really believe this, you live in a bubble. These days, the people most opposed to interracial marriages aren’t white.

Where do you get that idea? And who is it that's pushing the great replacement theory?

Current:

Obergefell:

Clearly, Roe was not well argued. It's faulty, and this is why it's going to go down.

This is not the end of the abortion issue or any other issue that relies on the 14th Amendment. There are better arguments, but they will take time.

I don't think gay marriage, contraception will go anywhere. Do we want to return to dial phones?

Yes, the crazy right wants us to go back to the 19th century, but that won't happen. Abortion is different because it involves a fetus.

Why are we wasting time discussing this? We need to deal with the real issue which is access to abortion. This other stuff is taking away from the real issue which is upon us right now thanks to the GOP idiots who elected a moron narcissist.

My sisters son took an African American girl to
Prom. I don’t think my brother in law approved; while he didn’t say anything I know he voted for trump.

Men like him will try to stop interracial marriage.

You're reading a lot into that. He raised a kid who isn't racist, he has never said anything racist, but you assume he is racist.

You are making so many excuses for inexcusable people.

Embryos. When women who don’t want to be pregnant find out they’re pregnant, they try to get un-pregnant as fast as possible. Most abortions are embryos. For all non-medical reason abortions that happen later, the reason they end up having later abortions is because forced birthers have made it far harder to get an earlier abortion. If you get wobbly about fetuses, your wobble is with the women-haters who have tried to put early abortion out of reach.

The forced birther party is already going after birth control.

LGBTQ+ will definitely be targeted by the GOP. If the GOP wins in November and then in 2024, slavery will likely come back. It’s in the Constitution, after all, which means that reactionary regressives like the GOP think it should come back. After all, women aren’t entitled to rights because it’s not in the Constitution.
