NP. What is it you think he did? Is this about how OW was served publicly? You know the process server and lawyer work that out, right? The client can tell the lawyer (who passes it on to the process server) "She'll be at this hotel on this date for a convention" but it's up to the process server if they approach by knocking on the hotel room door or in the dining room or at the convention. I worked in matrimonial law - I assure you the clients did NOT decide how their spouse got served. They gave suggestions of where/when to find them. If the process server couldn't find them they got creative.

That's ridiculous. So when an 11 yr old is having a sleepover party she can't answer the door to let her friends in? Come on.

Pretty sure if that were the case both host and guest parents would be at the door. The kids are too young to answer the door alone.

I truly doubt he had anything to do with her getting served on stage. His lawyer hired a process server, and they do it however they can. It's not a big deal.

The process server may have done it for publicity. My brother did this and bounty hunting for a while. He used to love to serve people at mom’s house for Mother’s Day and other big events. Eventually he matured.
