If custody is 50/50…
Regarding A) if it’s joint custody then yes, she will have to pay for the kid’s amenities while they are with her. And Jason would pay for them when they are with him.

Regarding B) if she wants the kids to have Jason’s standard of living then I guess they should be with him most of the time. When they are with her they get her standard of living. She doesn’t get to piggy back onto them to raise her standard of living.

She has an income of 70k a month. And she isn’t claiming that he’s dreadbeat and hasn’t paid owed support, she’s saying she needs support to have a lifestyle commensurate with his. But this isn’t a single mom on her own, this is a very rich woman missing the very nice lifestyle her even richer husband gave her until she cheated on him.

I dunno, I don’t want to be anti the woman but…I’m coming around to not pro Olivia that’s for sure. And I’m not some ted lasso cultist either I don’t care very much about Sudeikis one way or the other.

He wasn’t richer than her for the majority of the time they were together. The bulk of his current wealth is from Ted Lasso.
