My coworker eats fish everyday at work!

Get over it. Your lunch stinks to someone else. Let your coworker eat in peace.

I remember in the international dorm at UMCP when people used to eat fish! Would stink up the common area!

Seriously, start hiding their meal.

Steal their lunch and flush it.

Replace the lunch with Swedish fish.

I can't stand the smell of reheated fish in the microwave, it's nauseating. And I can't believe your coworker has it EVERY day. That room must have a permanent odor. If HR won't do anything, maybe you can start bringing Durians for lunch.

OP here,

I brought beef this whole week and I microwave it in the share kitchen for 10 minutes. Left it on the table next to co-workers lunch again. She went to the restroom to wash your her hands before eating her nasty fish again. Coworker doesn't eat beef for religion reason or something but she will eat fish Monday through Friday morning and lunch. I'm not fond of beef myself, I had some fruits and hummus sandwich in my office.

She actually had the nerve to report to HR that someone is making her uncomfortable at lunch time. She hasn't figured out who has been leaving their beef next to her lunch yet. So far most of my coworkers are eating in their office, cubicle, or just leaving the building for lunch.

Good for her.

Op. You are in a dark place. Maybe consider work from home if possible. Being around other human being does not seem to be your forte.

So you turn down job opportunities, maybe better ones, if there’s no cafeteria. OP is hauling in appliances.

Maybe you geniuses would be better served by a “get along” mentality.

Imagine living with either of these people.

If your coworkers can leave the building for lunch, why don't you do this? I find the smell of fast food nauseating, but that doesn't mean I have the right to tell people not to bring fast food into the office. Or could you move to a desk in another part of the office?

OP clearly has problems the most they post. Now they are harassing this poor girl who just likes fish.

Yes OP you need to get a remote job, and some therapy for your OCD.

I like bringing my own food and eating in the kitchen or my office. Why should one person control the whole office because she does not know how to follow rules and regulation when it comes to sharing a kitchen with everyone. I'm making recommendations to management to shut down the kitchen.

Then I guess you and your fish-eating colleague will both have to eat at your desks. Hope she doesn't sit near enough to you that the smell of fish will carry.
