Yeah, you are about 30 years too late with the perversion thing. No, they are not perversions, never were. That's where reading comprehension comes in. I think you don't understand any of this. This isn't a good thread for you, today, but I'm sure OP was expecting some trolls. |
+1 Sounds like the illiterate, delusional bigot from earlier. Just ignore. |
So, jumping in here .. I think a PP tried to explain that these were not, indeed, facts. They are your opinions which are based in non factual information. They are your opinions based upon, well, more opinions. So, in terms of being clearer, probably no one here can help. |
Sexuality and gender are two separate things. I do not see it as sexual perversions and understand that gays, bisexuals, asexuals and all the rest have been around since the start of time. That's why I said I understand sexual fluidity. Gender issues is new to me however a PP gave a link to read which I intend to read, it might make it clearer to me. |
Wow I did read it and had no idea, that was very interesting. I had no idea there was so much history with it. I am really happy to see people moving into a world where they can live how they want to. I still feel we have a long way to go. Thank you for reminding me to leave my comfort zone, you are right, it is simply a comfort zone. |
+100 I also think the pollution--hormones in the water supply and plastics that disrupt endocrines are part of the reason for the statistically improbable number of gender fluid teens and reduced fertility and testosterone levels and increase in cancers that used to effect the older population in young adults. The fish in the Potomac are now intersex. Intersex conditions in male smallmouth bass are widespread in the Potomac River basin: 50 to 75 percent of male smallmouth bass collected in the South Branch Potomac River exhibited signs of feminization, as did 100 percent of those collected at sites in the Shenandoah. |
This is interesting and makes a lot of sense as to why so many teens are gender fluid. |
Citation on this please? And not just "google it; you'll find it on the internet." |
I also believe that environmental xenohormones are affecting our health in undetermined ways - possibly even gender development. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12456297/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4303243/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK222286/ |
This is such a right wing trope. Very stupid. Intersex, gender fluid issues have been around since recorded history. There are many cultures in South Asia where this is just a normal part of life. |
I think you are the original troll here sock puppeting your own flawed crap. And no, fish have zero to do with teens and gender fluidity. Poor try. |

Looks like there are some folks who need to evolve:

And adding to this for those of you who try to create false narratives to suit your religious understandings, may I offer you some reading. And while I am here, consider the reason you might need to stay out of school board and curriculum erasures, because education is key: https://listverse.com/2015/10/21/10-examples-of-nonbinary-genders-throughout-history/ https://foreignpolicy.com/2014/06/30/third-gender-a-short-history/ https://historicengland.org.uk/research/inclusive-heritage/lgbtq-heritage-project/trans-and-gender-nonconforming-histories/ https://www.britannica.com/story/forgotten-figures-who-challenged-gender-expression-and-identity-centuries-ago |
Oh, sure. It's "always existed," so that makes it right. |
What does that even mean?
Yeah, it means it has always been relevant, and it's not invented, promoted, mandated or taught. It's biological, not sociological. When you make a judgement about right or wrong, then it's sociological and cultural. Religion is cultural. |
