I admit I've only watched two episodes, but I don't believe he's just a PI. |
I like him. |
There is an article with a writer or show runner - I don't remember- who said the car accident is a scene from the future. They've escaped and they're all alive driving to Chicago. IThe episode goes back to the current time. The point is can they actually escape this life? I think he said the scene will appear again. |
In season 1, they did a flashback to a similar scene with Marty and Wendy driving, listening to music and then a car crash. Wendy was pregnant and lost the baby. |
Yes, I've watched all the seasons. Season 1 was a very long time ago. |
My prediction: that scene will wind up being the very last scene of all. So we'll all be left wondering if they actually made it to Chicago or did they all die and all of that was for nothing. |
PP here - also meant to say that I asked the question because Three was always a part of all the other seasons, but in Season 4 he appears only once or twice. Very strange. |
| Thank you to Jeff, who removed the "no spoilers" from the title. Now we can freely talk about the show! |
It's possible. That's very much the same as the ending of The Sopranos. |
Because he is supposed to be 14 in the show and looks like a 20 yr old. |
| Just finished, and wow. So frustrated that Ruth couldn’t convince Wyatt to go with her. And this show is seriously running out of villains at an incredibly fast clip. Jonah plans to just keep living in that motel? What did people make of the PI/Agent Miller interaction? Where do we think that’s going? |
Agree with all of this. How does Jonah expect to just keep living in that motel when his parents move back to Chicago? He is 14! So bummed about Wyatt- that was the most shocking scene in the whole series, even more so than what happened to Helen. Why didn’t Wendy & Marty take Zeke away from Ruth? This show reminds me so much of Breaking Bad. One guy launderine money for a Mexican cartel who just keeps digging himself in deeper and deeper and destroying the lives of everyone he deals with. And I had no idea that season 4 was split into two parts until I tried to watch the next episode and realized there was only 7! When will part 2 be released?? |
Later this year, date not specified yet. |
| Poor Ruth. She is a heartbreaking character who has lost every person she ever loved. I couldn’t believe Wyatt was shot. Though I have to say, that entire scene with Ruth going to Darlene’s and the racing out was masterfully directed. I wa literally on the edge of my seat. Can’t wait for the second half. |
| I knew Wyatt was going to get it. I wonder who is going to win the Mexican cartel nephew (can't remember his name) vs. Ruth battle. My money's on Ruth. |
