| So do we need a separate thread to talk about it? I don’t like shows that come out all at once. I don’t participate in the discussion threads bc I don’t want to read ahead. And by the end of the season, I may have one or two things to contribute but not much. |
| I really loved this show pre-pandemic but I can't bring myself to watch it now. Just too dark. |
+2 Love that he plays this nice, "wholesome" guy doing the terrible things he does. |
| Darlene is really scary. Everything she says sounds so ominous. |
| Just watched the first episode. Jonah is all grown up and Maya is still pregnant. That’s my summary. |
| Can Ruth have her own show? I don’t like the Wendy and Marty scenes. I just want to watch Julia garner. She has a few good movies coming out this year! |
Sorry not movies, but I’m excited to see her in Inventing Anna. |
She really is crazy scary! |
Yeah, I think only days have passed from the end of season 3 and season 4. |
Yes, this. And Zeke is still a tiny baby. |
Zeke aged a week (they are still supporting his head and neck) and Jonah is now 18 |
Jonah in the story, is 14 |
Yeah the issue is no time has passed in th storyline but the actor grew up in real life. Not much you can do about that unless you just replace him with a different actor with no explanation like Darren on Bewitched. |
| Do you think people in the Ozarks are really like that? We used to take driving vacations there when I was a child in Illinois. I don't remember much, except stopping by the fireworks shops which were legal there. |
| Did they spend any of their budget on lighting? Past seasons might as well just have been audio. |
