It's a combination of genes and work.
I have HORRIBLE genes, but work out like a maniac - barre or running seven days a week. My butt is great in clothes, but a mess naked. Size two FWIW. So, there you go. You do the best you can with what you've got. |

That is why it is a mess. Over time running chews up the glutes. Reduce running and start strength training lower body. You'll see a vast improvement. |
