| What realistically can I do to prevent my butt from looking it’s age (50)? Fat from bottom/sides is sliding down to bottom creating center that is lower than sides and dimples/shadows on the bottom where the bones hit when I sit. I am thin but don’t want old lady butt. Wish I could gain weight but apply it only where I want it to go! |

| You need to weight train. With heavy weights, not hand weights. Squats, leg presses, polymeric training |
| Squats, lunges, and bridge lifts....rinse and repeat a minimum of 4 days a week. Do as many as you can in each set. It won't happen over-night so be patient |
| How does it look in jeans? How does it look in panties? Does your significant other still find it attractive? Like PP said, it won’t happen overnight but it will eventually. |
I’m mostly concerned with how it looks naked. |
Be realistic. No one is expecting a 50 yo woman to look good naked. |
There’s a reason God invented high-quality lingerie. |
Says you! 50 is the new 30. |
| Squats and lunges, stat!!! |
| Barre3 lifted my lazy buns. I also mix in the leg and butt workouts from 80-Day Obsession; I can’t stand the instructor and don’t do the other workouts but the butt and leg workouts have made a huge difference for me with Barre3. |
OP, and speak for yourself. |

| I have this thin and flabby aging butt too. I am willing to start squats and lunges. How many should I do of each, each day. And when should I see some results? one month, one year? |
Scam and huge waste of money. |
