The fact remains that among those links, only one story even mentions devil worship. Which is a different thing than "Satanism" and the Church of Satan, all of which is pretty rare. The fact is, people who work somewhere like Planned Parenthood have a true reason, based on past instances, to be afraid of Christian whackos. Whereas, nobody has real cause to fear devil worshippers (or even Church of Satan people) because there are so few of them.

Satan is considered bad for the same reason Voldemort is bad - some writer made it up and put it in a book, and a bunch of people read the book. In the case of Satan some of the people really took the book to heart and made themselves a religion. In the case of Voldemort it just made for some entertaining movies.
