I'm not sure I agree about not supporting their narrative, but I have a lot of questions about this entire incident. This roommate/lover sure appeared out of no where to provide the exact motive predicted by the right.

Who is this roommate? How, in this age of social media overexposure, do we not know this person's first and last name and entire life history? Where are their selfies together? Did they ever go anywhere? Minigolf, hiking? Start adding in these text messages and the whole thing simply becomes less believable as time goes on.

I'm as maga as they come and I agree that it's completely reasonable to question why the shooter uses syntax that sounds oddly antiquated and generationally inappropriate.
