I imagine no one will bring it up at his funeral and that if anyone does someone will say “don’t bring politics into this” or something like that.

It’s crazy how the above scenario just keeps playing out over and over and over again in the US. Anyone who won’t get the vaccine at this point probably can’t be convinced. They probably see themselves as soldiers willing to die in a battle for freedom. I have a hard time wrapping my head around it.

Yeah, the vaccine hesitant and vaccine deniers should be forwarded to suicide help lines. They seem to have a death wish and it is very preventable. But like someone who is dead set on committing suicide, sometimes it is impossible to save them from themselves.

It is so absurd. The Reddit stream is unbelievable. Idiot Trumper after Idiot Trumper posting memes about fake Covid, then shocked and surprised posts from the hospital asking for prayers as they fight for breath, then they are dead.

A movie with this plot would be deemed too outlandish to be true.

Pete Coulson, a member of Lt. Gov. Janice McGeachin’s education indoctrination task force, recently died from COVID-19, conservative talk radio host Bill Colley reported Thursday.

After at least three weeks of hospitalization, during which his oxygen levels were depleted, Coulson died sometime between Oct. 1 and Wednesday, according to Colley’s report.

“Pete was a very healthy 67. He would tell people he was vaccinated in Christ. He didn’t fear death,” Colley wrote.

Coulson joined the task force in June, replacing Idaho School Boards Association President Jason Knopp, who withdrew from the group that targeted alleged leftist teachings in public schools over four summer meetings.
