Upgrading floor and wall tiles in all bathrooms (master, 3 baths, 1 show) to 12 x 24" matte white marble patterned porcelain tiles (a level II upgrade) and bring the tiles to the ceiling - cost almost $10K for the Palatine model

The wine cooler for the butler's pantry cost $1.8K+ and is a Kitchen Aid model. Upgrading to JennAir cost $450

An example of level 2 EH is the 5" width maple

Level 4 EH have several options that are 7.5" width

Yes, but only the 3” width is standard. Wider widths require an upgrade.
