Not that PP. Nope, not much to say in response. I think the Quiverful movement in general is extremely harmful to everyone in it. I think the Duggars are not a model family. I'm really sad for them, that that happened and that they chose to deal with it by starting a reality show. The poor girls and poor Josh. They were all let down by their parents.

I don't think you're being sincere, because if you really were sad for them, you wouldn't be participating in this conversation that is 90% negative comments and judgment about the family.

So, why are you here if you think it's only naysayers? You have no idea who's here, or why. I've been posting since the thread started because I like the duggars. Everyone has a right to post here, not just the naysayers. Why do you not want people to post here if they support the duggars? I watched The Duggars for years. It was interesting to me because I am an only child with an atheist father and a mother who was raised religiously herself but never took me to church. Their story was interesting to me. Their lifestyle was interesting to me. Their family was interesting to me. I thought some of their ideas were outdated, but I also thought they were good people and pretty harmless. Dare I say I enjoye watching their family.

I am disgusted. I am outraged. I care about what Josh did to those little girls. I give a damn about what Josh did, and it isn't just because I want something to be outraged about. It's because what he did was wrong.

I think they will move back to AK, they have no reason to stay where they are now that he quit his job that he moved here for. I'm not sure what tlc will do, probably cancel? Will the duggars even WANT to keep the show going? I doubt it kind of, but who knows. I think the family will be fine, they seem like they ar pretty resilient.

I think TLC will cancel them, but sadly I think Anna and the rest of the Duggars will continue to act like it's no big deal. Anna claims she knew about it before she married him. What woman in her right mind would enter into marriage with someone knowing what he did...

I agree they will move back. I wonder who will pay the tax bill, which until a few days ago was 54k but now is being reported as 10k, confusing.

I enjoy Jessa and Jill and would like it if TLC continued with the focus on their lives.

You have 60 pages of thread to parse out how people feel about the Duggars. What posters expressed in these 60 pages include a lot of criticism about their lifestyle and beliefs - because the Duggars put themselves in the public eye. We are not a board of internet strangers digging up a story on some random family. We are commenting on a family that has sought the limelight for years. Criticism is not the same as glee. The vast majority of critical posters here have also spent pages and pages expressing disbelief, grief and sympathy for the victims and josh himself.
