Camilla is still disliked. Charles is at best seen as an odd duck and at worst as a petty and weak. William is perceived as being angry and less than competent. This isn’t going to last long.

I do not admire Kate, she comes across as boring, snobbish even. Her kind of woman was the ideal of my grandmother’s generation. A woman needed to be a man’s shadow. Not a person who had achievements on her own merit.

I do see that Harry obviously did not make his decision to leave lightly. The press was aweful and stepped over the line to outright atrocious
But at the same time the BRF needed to protect Andrew and every article about MM wearing wrong color nail polish was an article not about Andrew

Charles feels like his unhappy childhood entitles him to a big fancy party and all the recognition that goes with it. Given the current cost of living situation in the UK it seems that the wiser course of action would be something less elaborate.

I don’t mind Kate but she’s not really aspirational for younger generations.

Yes I was surprised when Edward got the dukedom...Charles was envious of him for years and wanted to the dukedom of Edinburgh to one of his grandkids instead. (I'm glad Edward got it though - its what the late Queen wanted for him, and he comes off as far less arrogant than Charles).

This family is so desperate to be relevant. I include ALL of them in that criticism. Now there’s a Prince from Denmark moving to the US. Like we need more. This this and this!!!! She is incredible and has a warm and loving relationship with Charles. I don’t give much of a whit about these people except to am glad they have all healed and moved forward from the drama and trauma of their upbringing, of Diana, he seems happy and healthy aside from throwing a strop every now and then and hopefully they can keep on keeping on.

Charles may prove to be a great king but he walks in the footsteps of a giant and no matter what type of King he is he ain’t gonna be no Queen.

The royal family is far from a picture of a healthy family especially when they’d cut off their blood family because the corporation told them to do so. They all also willingly use the press against each other which is pretty vile.
