So what kind of King will Charles be?

Anonymous

I think that he was coddled, kept in a bubble, and made fun of by the other royals so much that he is going to be a petty, entitled, revenge seeking monarch. Who do you think isn't sleeping so well knowing Charles is in charge?

King fussy pant.
He's already had a two meltdowns over leaky pens.

Boring.

But Camilla is popular so people won’t hate him too much.

An old one.

Actual Brits are having a so far favorable view. There's plenty of time for him to stick his foot in his mouth but people aren't as upset about him as some Americans keep wishing, hoping, and praying for.

I just saw a picture close up of his very swollen hands and fingers. That's a guy eating WAY too much salt. He'll be dead before William hits 50.

You never know what you’re gonna get…like a box of….tampons!

I wonder if he will be able to remain as politically neutral as the Queen. I think he could be a great champion for environmental causes if he chose to speak up.

Yeah, apparently he was keeping his temper in check to keep his mom off of his back. She's dead now and his true colors are showing. Yikes.

Eh, my parents of the same age have less ability to manage day to day stresses now as well. I think it’s normal with that age group. Honestly, the stuff that stresses my parents or in laws out is pretty silly so I can see a pen getting to him. Obviously not great behavior befitting a monarch though.

A lot of monarchs are dicks, I'd say this is pretty par for the course.

I hope this is true but if you read any of the numerous letters he wrote 10-15 years ago, he actually isn't very bright and may be a little nuts.

I think we need British folks to chime in. American opinion means very little.

That will last 10 minutes. Anyone who knows anything knows Brits are like Philly fans. Maybe worse.

A petulant one. Which is what you get for 'hiring' a head of state based on his/her bloodline.
