How often do you go anywhere besides your immediate yard and street?

We have gotten curbside 1-2x per week. We also drive to a trail or park 1-3x per week. We go early to avoid crowds. Usually walk/hike for an hour and come back home.

I know a few people who have literally not left their house at all for 6 weeks. Then there are others who go out everyday.

I go for a long walk each day-either around the big park by my house (park itself is closed) or in surrounding neighborhoods which are urban but not dense and little foot traffic. I go to the store once a week and go to work to get the mail once every week or two. A friend was just telling me that she hasn't really left her property since mid-March. I couldn't do that and I don't feel like I need to because I can walk without getting close to people.

We go for walks around the neighborhood daily. DH goes to the grocery store every two weeks. That's it for us.

We have a dog and a trail near our home, so we do walks in the neighborhood daily and a trail hike or bike ride 1-2 times a week (during the week—too crowded on weekends).

I go shopping every 10-12 days. Have done curbside 2 times.

Dh is an essential worker so he’s out of the house 4-5 days a week.

1x a week to grocery less than a mile away. This gas tank will last me 3 months...

I live in an apartment building. About 3 or 4 times a week I go to a little park nearby - in the evening, so I’m usually the only one there. About once a week I go to a store for groceries - sometimes walking about a mile to do this. I’ve also been to the Post Office twice. Within the building, I check my mail about 3x a week - and pick up any packages.

I’m going stir crazy - and having hallucinations about how wonderful it would be to have a Suburban sized national chain big box store nearby. 😳

My husband goes to the grocery store once a week. (I don’t go).
Once a week we get takeout and one of us goes (sometimes I go, sometimes he goes).
My parents live 3 miles away and I take stuff over to them about 1 or 2x a week. Sometimes I bring the kids & we chat a bit - always outside and more that 6+ feet away.
Once a week I run at a local park instead of my immediate neighborhood.
Once a week we go as a family to a non crowded trail or park.

Have not left house/yard other than one emergency medical appt. (non-Covid related). We go outside in the backyard whenever weather allows.

PS - almost every day I run, walk or bike around my neighborhood but I wasn’t counting that in the prior response.

No grocery store, but we have a dog so I take the dog for a walk and the kids ride their bikes daily unless it’s pouring all day.

Every day. We have dogs and I generally walk them 2-3 miles every morning. We start from our house so I'm not driving anywhere new, but we walk out one way and then back home. We also go for bike rides almost every day if it's not raining. Again, leaving from our house.

We also go to the barn 4 times a week to take care of our horses because they still need to be ridden, groomed, etc.

We do grocery delivery and don't do takeout or curbside delivery. We figured everyone has to have their risk level and ours is increased by going to the barn although they are very careful about the number of people there at any time (you have to sign up for time slots) and we all spray and wipe everything down and don't share anything. So we decided not to increase our risk by going out for food.

Walks around neighborhood daily, getting nowhere near anyone.

Grocery every two weeks. Two drive up pharmacy. Take-out (curbside) 5 times.

We take turns running 3-4 miles around the neighborhood every day. I think it's a little odd that by the cell phone metric they're using, we are not social distancing in a daily basis, since it's for exercise, half an hour at a time, alone and 6+ feet away from others.

Do you mean for people who are not dog owners? Because we leave our house 3x/day for walks, and then we let the dog out one final time at night. My elementary kid comes with me for at least one of those long walks.

Spouse and kid do 1-2 long bike rides per week. We also usually go to the grocery store once weekly; sometimes twice if we need something urgently.

Spouse is an essential worker and goes in to work 3-5x/week.

Grocery store once a week (or once every 10 days). Walks with the kids daily if weather allows and I run everyday for half hour around the neighbor and Rock Creek Park. Made a trip to walmart this week too, but it was first time in 6 weeks in any store other than super market
