How often do you go anywhere besides your immediate yard and street?

I’m still shocked when I read these threads. That is all.

Maybe I’m impressed by how serious Americans in some cities are taking this.

About 4-5 days a week I will go to a grocery store, Lowes, etc.

Initialy it was once every 7-10 days. Now it's much more frequent. In the last week I've been to 2 grocery stores (it's impossible to get everything you need at one these days, which is super annoying), to a car dealer to drop off my car for service, and to pick up curbside carryout. I need to drop a package off at fedex tomorrow. Other than the grocery store these are all trips that involve about 1 minute outside the car.

Apart from walking the dog, I had to consult with a luthier about my daughter’s violin. We both wore gloves and masks. He said the repairs were not urgent and could wait, thank goodness.

Are you saying you are shocked people are staying home?

Grocery store once every 3 weeks. Have some perishables delivered to my house once a week. Daily dog walks in the neighborhood (uncrowded). Once or twice a week long bike rides in open areas. Curbside pickup of dinner once in 6 weeks.

Haven’t been to a grocery store since March 7th...everything delivered. Walk our neighborhood 3-4x a week and ride that Peloton daily.

Every two weeks we do grocery curbside pickup.

We have a half an acre, in a neighborhood of similar lots. Don't really need to go to many other places.

I’m a front line worker in emergency management. I’m working 12 hour shifts in an office where I’m 3 days on, 2 days off.

I’ve been to the grocery store once and a pharmacy once.
My college DC goes grocery shopping for me.

Every day. We take walks around our neighborhood. But that's the extent of it. We haven't left our neighborhood in weeks.

I’m an essential worker who is doing staggered work, so I’m working every other week at the office.

Since I’m the one leaving the house anyway, I’m on grocery shopping duty. I also bring DD to preschool, since she qualifies for essential worker childcare.

We go out every day, weather permitting. We run/bike/walk either around the neighborhood or on a local trail. DH also goes to the grocery store about once a week.

3x a week MAX to pickup food but I never enter a building. I haven't gone inside anywhere public or private since the first week of March when I had to go inside my kids preschool.

Never. I live in an apartment and haven’t left since March 13.
