Why? They split up in 2015. It isn't uncommon for divorced people to have new partners. Ben has had other long term girlfriends before this one and Jen has dated as well.

He is still on the hotter side of average and he is rich and a pretty decent guy by all accounts. Unfortunately he comes with a crippling alcohol addiction but young women may be naive enough to think that won't be an issue or they can help him change / stay sober or the perks outweigh the antics of the alcoholic.
