Delco practices in masks. I'm sure it was the 50 people limit. Should have played a neutral location- out of the county. |
| We are on a BSC ECNL team and heard we may play a PA ECNL team on Saturday but last night heard the PA club said no (not BSC). Games can be played in Moco but require masks and currently no spectators. Moco County May relax spectator rules with upcoming Friday rules to make sports more suitable (after very public protests) but unclear. |
Well it would be tough for 13yo to drive themselves 2.5hrs- so if the parents can't come then I don't see how the games could be played. Delco is in masks for all practices and games since last November- so that wasn't the issue. If they can play Pipeline without masks they'll probably have incredible stamina from the extra O2.. |
Parents can come, they just need to sit in the car. |
| FYI, Pipeline now requires masks while playing... |
Really? they just cancelled my ds game because they wouldn't play in masks. |
Most of mocos decisions usually come on Tuesday or wednesday. By the time it reaches the club, coach, team manager and you a day or 2 has passed. The decisions really are last minute. |
Last fall/ summer i think there was a rule that moco teams couldn't do this (plan our games elsewhere). Not sure if it still stands. |
Have to wear masks now at Pipeline (at least for Poly games) |
|
bsc is positive with covid so probably more that than moco which is crazy but with rules and the only one i see that would impact these games from moco are the positive tests from last week
|
| 2 sisters positive. Dont blow this out of proportion. |
| This is happening ONLY because NIH is located in Montgomery County. |
| Time to lock this thread too? |
| Can we go back to soccer, please? These masking/anti-masking is a complete back & forth is going no where. Raise the issue with MoCo. No one here can make any difference one way or another. |
| PDA will not come to MoCo |
