Prep seems to be head and shoulders over IAC teams this year. |
Prep looked rather ordinary at the SJC event last weekend |
Prep is the most talented team in the area. The work load of being a Georgetown Prep student athlete is significantly more difficult than any school in the area. That is why we chose Georgetown Prep. Our son will fully understand what the true meaning of being a student athlete. Unfortunately, this is to reason why we faulted late in the season. The hours and hours of homework and test preparation does take its toll.
Unless you went to Prep, you don’t know. |
Classic |
Landon has an extremely deep and talented 2024 class. Definitely the best in the area. Bullis won’t contend with them and Prep will have to recruit a lot of boarders to stay in the mix this year. |
The best 2024 class is on Eye Street |
I’m not so sure about that… |
What school has the best freshmen coming in? |
in dc, sjc. not even close. I will add the majority of the 26 and 27 class won't see much playing time in high school. |
Objectively speaking, Landon or SJC have strong freshman classes. But does it really matter these days. So many of the top programs in the DC area are now relying upon the transfer game. GP in particular is going very aggressively in getting upper classmen transfers and boarding them. |
What a complete load of $hit. |
It is rare that freshman contribute to the top teams. Some do but usually that represents a lack of depth more than the talent of the freshman class as a whole. |
If you are good at lax and get less than a 50 on HSPT, Prep will take you while WCAC powers SJC and GZ won't. |
You have any examples of this or you just trolling? |
100% NOT true. SJC and Gonzaga are far easier to get into than Prep. SJC is the easiest followed by Gonzaga. Neither are super competitive. |
