The Constitution does not provide for rioting you dolt.

But it does provide for peaceful protest. Not all protestors are rioters.

When the LAPD declares downtown an unlawful assembly zone due to rioting, even peaceful protesters have to follow the law and leave so order can be restored.

Would you have said the same thing in regard to the people who stormed the capitol on January 6? Because it took hours to get them all out of there.

No those people deserve to be paid for their actions!

Did you qualify that on J6 too?

Yes, my comment applies to that too. Thousands of people showed up at the capitol that day but only 1500 were ultimately charged. Some were legitimate protesters and some were criminals.

Please stop. 25,000 marched on the Capitol. Federal law enforcement did everything they could to protect all those people from charges. If only your fat a$$ king had go out of his car and walked to the capitol that day. You could have seen all those democrats congressman and Senator you hate killed on TV and Trump would have remained in power!

Why are you so anti American? How did you end up hating everything this country was founded on and stood for? What radicalized you? Why do you fanatically follow Trump when all he promises is more unrest and the destruction of this country?

Do you see the pattern? When Trump is in power the constitution is thrown out the window and the US military is fighting US citizens in the streets. I was going to say “our” but I do not believe you see it as “our” country. Why are you so opposed to law and order vs banana republic or Maoism?

Dude, you’re responding to me and I’m a lib who despises Trump and his crazy administration. I was being challenged on my statement that peaceful protest is a first amendment right.

You have posted quite a bit in this thread in the past hour. You seem young, are very uninformed, seem angry and quite immature.
Do yourself a favor and find something productive to do. Find something that makes you happy. Volunteer. Help a neighbor. Do something kind. You’ll feel a lot better.

Well, I’m not PP, but it’s clear that you can’t refute a single thing they’ve said since you’ve gone on to pretend that you have some high ground here because you are embarrassed. It’s pretty evident that you are comply outclassed, so maybe you should put on your little red baseball cap and find yourself a book to read? It might be relaxing and you’d most likely be less of an ignorant fool.

I think they wanted to protest after the wild fires but most stuff was burned already.

So ICE raids gave enough time for the state to more things to burn and vandalize.

It is just what they do. Does not matter if Trump dropped napalm on them, they will still find something to protest and somewhere to break and burn stuff.

Sounds like you’re from one of the red states that benefit from the $80 billion that CA sends to the federal government government each year—and which ends up supporting red states, our true “welfare queens.”

Huh?
I am from Victorville, CA.

Californians, especially LA; are literally protesting something ALL THE TIME. It just does not always make the national news.

Peaceful protest is a first amendment right. If protest results in harming people or property, then it’s wrong. But peaceful protest in itself is not unlawful, even if you personally find it distasteful.

PS. How did you feel about the “protesting” on January 6?

So there’s a group of something out there physically protesting to KEEP ILLEGAL ALIENS here?

Lol. That wouldn’t go well in any nation. Esp when the illegal aliens are unskilled, uneducated, illiterate, and only seek cash pay gigs via a sub sub contractor plus dump on the ER rooms, public schools, un-insured cars, etc.

You sound like such lovely racist.

Fellas is it racist to enforce immigration laws?

You are not enforcing any laws. You are just rounding people up and imprisoning them. People never see the inside of a courtroom. You also arrest the judges. This is a a very radical change in the US.

Every time Trump is in office the same thing happens. We go from a peaceful society with a great economy to economy crashing, troops occupying US cities and attacking civilians. Trump sends in masked gunmen and agent provocateur while the US military occupies every street corner and uses helicopters for crowd control. Yes thank you for your service or should we say thank you for your service in the occupation army?

Wonder why there are no ICE raids in Texas or Florida? Both states have more “illegals” vs California. Both Texas and Florida are English as a second language states. Guess the Hispanics in those states know their place and have a safe sanctuary state?

Your entire post is full of crap. Let's break it down.....

1. They are not "rounding up people and imprisoning them." Many of the people have deportation orders in place that they have igrnored. They have had their due process. Others are criminals being presented with criminal warrants. You have been consuming propaganda media if this is what you believe. They are literally sweeping schools, courthouses and Home Depots for illegals. They are not targeting specific individuals

2. If you are unaware that there are dark money groups who are funding the Resistance, then you are ignorant. They are the ones sowing chaos and will continue to do so because they are the Resistance. This happens when Democrats lose power. Yay, right? Uh, the dark money is flowing straight to the president and his cronies. It isn't so dark anymore, as the president is hocking his crypto mem coins and openly taking bribes

3. This whole thing in LA began when ICE was presenting criminal warrants to illegal aliens with criminal backgrounds. They have managed to take many of them into custody. They have been highlighted on this thread. They are bad people. Yet, Democrats seem to want them released to roam the streets. They should be thankng ICE for making neighborhoods safer. To save you the time of looking for this information, here you go: https://www.dhs.gov/news/2025/06/08/ice-captures-worst-worst-illegal-alien-criminals-los-angeles-including-murderers no, it began when ICE showed up on saturday morning at a Home depot and disrupted regular business scaring the crap out of regular Americans shopping there

4. California has more illegals than any other state. https://www.pacificresearch.org/immigration-in-california-by-the-numbers/#:~:text=The%20Department%20of%20Homeland%20Security,Texas%20by%20just%20over%20500%2C000.
And, there have been ICE arrests and raids in both Florida and Texas. The big difference is that the local authorities in these states actually work with ICE to arrest illegal aliens - unlike California since it is a sanctuary state. You don't hear about the arrests because there are no mobs preventing ICE from doing their jobs.
Just one example in Florida: https://www.ice.gov/news/releases/ice-arrests-100-illegal-aliens-during-targeted-enforcement-operation-tallahassee
Just one example in Texas: https://www.fox26houston.com/news/texas-ice-raids-construction-site-brownsville-south-padre-island california also has more people than any other state, so that tracks.

Is Donald going to sic US Troops, National Guard and ICE on 15 million Americans of all stripes and colors?

Well if you try to stand on your constitutional rights, you’ll be arrested. The constitution doesn’t apply anymore. Remember they are arresting democratic elected officials. They arrest members of congress performing their congressional duties.

If you speak up you will be arrested. Proud to be an American.

No. If you impede the work of federal officers you will be arrested. That is what Huerta did.

The video suggests otherwise.

If it is true that 15 million AFL-CIO members will start participating in this, there is no way Trump can win without the mass slaughter of regular Americans.

Thank you for spreading the word! It’s not a secret or anything, but there could be some real Americans that have not signed up yet.

I think that there are a bunch of fun activities planned for the coming weekend!

Polling against ICE and Trump on this is much stronger than what you are asserting.

“let illegal immigrants do whatever they want or you are unamerican!”

“Let Trump and MAGA do whatever they want and never mind the constitution”

The constitution authorizes Trump’s actions and the deportation of illegal aliens.

Not without due process. And that is the hill Dems and traditional conservatives are dying on, because once due process for "people" as the Constitution and SCOTUS assert, is gone for "illegals" then it is gone for all of us.

The orchestration is on the part of the Administraton. Last week, Stephen Miller made a reference to ICE rolling people up at Home Depot and a scant few days later, we have ICE rolling up people at Home Depot. ICE and the Administration is causing this. How did Obama and Biden deport 5x the number of "illegals' than Trump and do it in a way that didn't cause protests?

That's where you are wrong.

Why is Trump so adamant that he'll punish Musk if he contributes money to the Dems? Because the GOP has been worried and in a panic for months about mid-terms. It's not a secret. They saw their members getting eviscerated at their local Town Halls and tried to spin it as angry leftist libs, but no one bought that. Not after the media started interviewing the participants of this Town Halls and found out the truth about many: they were Republicans who'd voted for Trump and who were now angry at him.

Look at the elections that have been held since Trump took office. The Wisconsin Supreme Court race. A FL Dem flipped Escambia county to blue for the first time since 1960. The Dem candidate ultimately lost, but still flipped this county and outperformed himself from the previous election (2024: Gaetz 66% to Valimont 34% and 2025: Patronis: 59% to Valimont 42%). The GOP lost 7 and the Dems gained 8. And just this past Saturday, San Antonio elected an openly gay, ex-military Democratic mayor (Ortiz Jones 56% to Pablos 46%).

The Democratic party isn't a party that is "pro illegals". We are party that is PRO following the Constitution and order of law. Did we protest when Obama and Biden carried out millions more deportations than Trump? No, because both did it the correct way with the correct due process.

Even now, those protesting in LA who are not doing it peacefully and who are throwing things at officers, sitting fires, and looting should be arrested. Those are not peaceful protests. Those actions are not covered by the first amendment. Do we think it's hilarious and ironic that the Republicans are spouting off about how violence against LEO is a huge crime and won't be tolerated despite the fact that Trump pardoned all the J6ers on day one? Sure, but 99% of us also think that those who are lighting things on fire and looting should be arrested for their illegal actions.
