Democrats gonna get punished at the ballot box on the national level. Illegal immigrants are their hill to throw rocks at police on.
That's where you are wrong. Why is Trump so adamant that he'll punish Musk if he contributes money to the Dems? Because the GOP has been worried and in a panic for months about mid-terms. It's not a secret. They saw their members getting eviscerated at their local Town Halls and tried to spin it as angry leftist libs, but no one bought that. Not after the media started interviewing the participants of this Town Halls and found out the truth about many: they were Republicans who'd voted for Trump and who were now angry at him. Look at the elections that have been held since Trump took office. The Wisconsin Supreme Court race. A FL Dem flipped Escambia county to blue for the first time since 1960. The Dem candidate ultimately lost, but still flipped this county and outperformed himself from the previous election (2024: Gaetz 66% to Valimont 34% and 2025: Patronis: 59% to Valimont 42%). The GOP lost 7 and the Dems gained 8. And just this past Saturday, San Antonio elected an openly gay, ex-military Democratic mayor (Ortiz Jones 56% to Pablos 46%). The Democratic party isn't a party that is "pro illegals". We are party that is PRO following the Constitution and order of law. Did we protest when Obama and Biden carried out millions more deportations than Trump? No, because both did it the correct way with the correct due process. Even now, those protesting in LA who are not doing it peacefully and who are throwing things at officers, sitting fires, and looting should be arrested. Those are not peaceful protests. Those actions are not covered by the first amendment. Do we think it's hilarious and ironic that the Republicans are spouting off about how violence against LEO is a huge crime and won't be tolerated despite the fact that Trump pardoned all the J6ers on day one? Sure, but 99% of us also think that those who are lighting things on fire and looting should be arrested for their illegal actions.
